We’re recruiting for a retail bank headquartered in Edinburgh, to hire a Change Assurance Manager. This is a great opportunity to provide change and transformation subject matter expertise, supporting the audit leadership team and building a high profile with senior stakeholders across the bank. You will lead engagements and collaborate with other audit partners to support the Bank's understanding of how Changes are identified and delivered in order to help the Bank's business evolve and grow.

We’re looking for:
• Experience working in a fast-moving environment where Change can be complex and is delivered at pace, ideally, but not necessarily within banking.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, proven ability to deliver to tight timelines, experience with managing and delivering multiple tasks at the same time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience in producing high-quality outputs; excellent attention to detail.
• A strong understanding of Change delivery and outcome risks and controls, and an ability to apply this to your audit work.
• Excellent at communicating and building relationships with internal stakeholders to help you deliver.
• Takes the lead in the delivery of agreed change projects to achieve continuous improvement for Audit.
• Prior experience within Audit / Risk Oversight functions is preferable.

To succeed in the role you’ll:
• Work collaboratively with the wider audit team to support and in some cases lead, the planning and delivery of risk-based audit engagements within the defined resource, cost, time, and quality parameters.
• Be innovative, supporting TSB Bank partners by evolving and embedding Bank Change assurance methodology, helping us deliver against the IIA standards and the Financial Services Code.
• Be recognized by your stakeholders as providing value and insight and use this to support the Head of Audit in the development of the audit strategy and plan.
• Be committed to developing your career and keeping abreast of regulatory and industry changes
• Display accountable behaviours and values – you’re collaborative and things happen because of you
