As part of a maturing three lines of defence model operating to FCA standards of best practice, this Compliance Officer role in a high profile organisation is part of a professional 2nd line team that leads on embedding a culture of risk and compliance and provides assurance that 1st line management discharge their accountabilities for governance, risk management and control within their service delivery. The team report quarterly to the Executive Director drawing together 1st, 2nd, 3rd lines of defence progress reporting and are driving a risk and compliance aware culture with a company-wide education And awareness programme.

We're looking for:
• a track record of strong performance within risk management/compliance/internal audit/counter fraud disciplines obtained within the public or private sector
• Subject Matter Expert in at least 2 but preferably 3 of the compliance/regulatory areas listed below
– ISO 19600
– ISAE 3204 (Assurance Reports on Controls at a Service Organisation)
– Credit Services Association
– FCA compliance
– Data quality governance
– GDPR
– PCI DSS
– Internal Audit
