This powerhouse Information Security team is significantly growing, largely in response to the changes being driven by a sizeable multi-million transformation programme to transform this high profile Financial Services business from the ground up creating growth and expansion opportunities. There are well over 100 projects ongoing, a large proportion of which have technology at the heart of them, with a need for IS input of varying types to a wide range of projects.
The roles are:
IS Manager vacancies providing security advice and guidance across a portfolio of projects
1 x Incident Response manager: needs experience of IR, prefer FS background but would consider outwith
The roles are suited to technical cyber or cyber risk professionals with a broad backgrounds – the rolees lean on technical skills, advising and guiding the project teams so previous involvement in a project environment is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:
Play a key role in the successful delivery of a growing and evolving Information Security Function.
Provide technical support and guidance to a portfolio of project teams and other business areas in relation to Information Security.
Understand and support the mapping of the Security Strategy & Architecture Roadmap & Standards to protect their information assets.
Support the Information Security strategy through assigned initiatives.
Subject matter expert, supporting a variety of projects and providing thought leadership in specific areas.
We're looking for:
Good knowledge and understanding of Financial Services regulatory/compliance requirements in information security and data protection.
Providing information security SME input to change and transformation projects, using knowledge of project lifecycles
Good stakeholder management skills, with an ability to understand and communicate technical detail to a non-technical audience.
Problem Solving will be utilised in this role, as you will be expected to undertake very complex tasks, including analytical thinking and developing highly innovative solutions.
