We are working on some exciting new roles with a Big 4 firm in Scotland. In response to unprecedented demand in the market, they are looking to bring in talented Operational Resilience professionals at Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels to significantly grow their Technology Risk team in Edinburgh and Glasgow, to predominantly focus on supporting their Scottish based Financial Services (FS) clients.
You will youll have the opportunity to work on a range of Risk and Resilience projects, spanning firms governance and their ability to prevent, adapt, respond, recover and learn from disruption. These might include Operational Resilience programs, resilience testing and simulations, enhancements of risk and control frameworks and technology and resilience components of Independent Reviews (e.g. Board reviews, Section 166, Post incident reviews) within FS. This portfolio also includes engaging with wider Advisory teams on a broad agenda where risk and resilience are near the top.

The team is around 200 in the UK, with around 30 and growing fast – in Scotland.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of types of project and clients, and ultimately developing you career around your strengths and interests. This is something that it is really important to them in growing and retaining the team.
Hybrid working will be very much the norm going forward, with staff establish working patterns and locations that balance the needs of the clients and the team, with the personal needs of the individual.
Senior Managers do not have hard sales targets, but are expected to support business development activities. Ideally, at this level candidates should have some consulting experience or have had experience of influencing senior stakeholders in projects or roles across a number of organisations.
They will consider Visa sponsorship for very strong candidates currently working in the UK.

Strong, demonstrable experience in leading, managing and delivering in Operational Resilience ideally in Financial Services.
Track record of producing high quality deliverables and client service.
A flair for managing complex stakeholder relationships and working in teams.
A commitment to your own personal development and career progression.
