This established expanding challenger bank is working on a number of exciting initiatives and has a position available in their operational risk and resilience team, “technical risk partner”, focussing on risks associated with change and transformation. Full spec on request.

It's a very varied 1.5 line of defence opportunity – a mix of SME oversight and business partnering – accountable for leading and directing ongoing Operational Risk management activities to identify risks associated with Change Management activities and Implementation across both the annual Change Portfolio and Business initiated change.

It's suited to a risk specialist with change experience, a change manager with an excellent understanding of associated risk and control or a change/transformation internal auditor. We’re looking for:
• Strong background in the financial services industry.
• An in-depth understanding of Governance and Operational Risk management in a regulated environment.
• Good working knowledge in relation to Change Management design processes and implementation controls.
• Strong experience in risk identification and assessment techniques throughout financial services.
• Proven speaking, presentation and facilitation experience within workshops and governance forums.
