Senior IT Internal Auditor – EDINBURGH

The Senior IT Auditor will be responsible for:
• Preparation, administration, and communication of the annual IT audit plan.
• Leading and delivering IT audits and other IT themed reviews in line with audit function quality standards and to agreed timescales.
• Providing advice on IT controls and IT risk management to the business and management as well as to colleagues within the wider audit function.
• Mentoring and coaching junior audit colleagues during IT audit assignments and supervising the conduct of their audit activities and provides timely feedback to them.

Experience sought:
• Extensive experience in the financial services technology environment, preferably in financial service.
• Proven skills in managing and delivering IT audit or risk assignments, particularly within a global multi entity environment.

Qualifications:
Ideally Technology related degree or Internal Audit professional qualification (CISA, QiCA, etc).

This role has a hybrid working model of circa 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home.
