Based in Edinburgh, they are looking to bring in an IT Risk Oversight Manager with excellent reporting and analysis skills to join their growing team at an exciting time characterised by evolution and transformation to help support the group's growth ambitions. The team has a broad remit including oversight of technology, information security, resilience, continuity and change so I'm interested in speaking to candidates with experience in anyd of these areas, providing high quality reporting and insight across the risk framework.
Were looking for an individual with effective communication skills, knowledge and insight to deliver required data quality analysis and management reporting for a variety of stakeholders, within and out with Risk. The ability to build strong relationships within the risk team is essential to ensure the risk framework is managed and delivered effectively and for any key insights to be escalated. Effective performance of the role will ensure that the business and wider risk team have the tools, insight and analysis required for them to manage their risks effectively within appetite.
The IT Risk Oversight Manager will:
Develop and deliver high quality risk data analysis, using the Risk Management System and other reporting tools
Manage the development and delivery of key elements of the annual risk framework cycle
Manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Risk, IT and the wider business
Support the production and delivery of timely risk reporting, managing the inputs and reviews to deliver high quality reporting to meet the needs of stakeholders.
Develop and provide insight into risk exposures by undertaking analysis of risk and control data to identify material risks and trends, escalating and reporting to management as necessary.
Provide support and guidance to the business in managing risk related to change, technology, security, outsourcing activity and strategic developments
Contribute to the development of the risk framework and strategies within the function to support the delivery of the Risk plan
