This is a fantastic newly created opportunity to join a leading advisory firm in a director role focusing on financial services risk, regulatory and internal audit engagements. The team is rapidly growing and the director role will be pivotal in supporting the partner in building a powerhouse team, and delivering the risk and regulatory advisory strategy.

The firm provides the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organisations need to navigate today’s changing world and you will lead lead a broad range of topical, governance, risk management and/or conduct risk related assignments of high complexity, spanning strategy, operations and strategiy. We're looking for :
Significant experience of financial services risk management, internal audit and / or conduct and compliance related experience working within a professional service or financial services firm(s)

Relevant experience includes FCA conduct rules and regulations, enterprise risk management frameworks and operating models, corporate governance / board effectiveness, credit risk, SMCR, operational resilience, consumer duty requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management experience

The ability to lead teams, run complex reviews and be a team player

An understanding and practical application of reviewing the three lines of defence model
