Internal Auditor ITGC/SOX – GLASGOW

New Internal Audit opportunity in global team, Ayrshire, 30 mins from Glasgow

Our client is an international financial services name and a leader in its field in the UK and Europe, regulated by the FCA.

They are looking to add an Internal Auditor to work on a range on technology controls and SOX audits across the company's worldwide business, with a focus on UK & Europe.

This individual will benefit from close mentorship from experienced colleagues, and represents a strong career move.
• Working as part of a small team, you will play a key role in delivering audits and raise the profile of the function across a diverse and growing organisation.

Experience sought:
• This role will suit candidates who like a smaller team atmosphere, with some good IT audit (or risk), ITGC and/or IT SOX assurance experience and an interest in building on that.
• Around 1 to 3 years’ experience is ideal.
• It could also be a great opportunity for an external ITGC/audit candidate looking to transition into industry from professional practice.

You will have an interest in developing your career in IT audit, and whilst Financial Services experience is preferred, it’s not absolutely necessary depending on your experience.

A hybrid working scheme is in place, with the office being 30 minutes from Glasgow and the rest working from home.

Basic salary range is fairly wide depending on experience.
